Game Rules will follow ICC 20/20 playing conditions while some conditions eg: 3rd umpires , etc wont be applicable most of the others will apply. Foot fault free hit, power plays, fielding restrictions.
Player Auction Rules:
No real money will be used at the auction , the auction currency is TSCL Virtual Dollars. Each team owner receives 1 million TSCLVD's
2) Only one owner from each team may voice a bid, per each player.
3) Owners will draw lots to see who chooses the first player to auction.
4) The owner who starts the auction off can choose from any player in the pool. And so it continues to each owner till it gets down to players that no one wants to bid on , the left over players will be divided between the 4 teams by the TSCL EC.
5) Minimum bid is TSCLVD$1000, maximum increase is TSCLVD$10,000
6) If owners run out of money before the player pool is emptied , they must wait till the owners with money have either spent it all , or do not want to bid on remaining players.
